How we work
Make the next decision lead to something concrete.
We start with the business: what do you want to achieve, what stands in the way and which next step deserves your resources? Then we create work you can review and build on.
Discuss my next stepUnderstand what matters to you.
A revenue target, a new product or a full calendar only describes part of the situation. We ask about customers, decisions, numbers and the daily work behind them. What already works? Where does work get stuck? What change would be useful?
Your personal limits matter too: time, attention and the responsibility you want to carry. You need to be able to stand behind the decisions we prepare together.
Let the business determine the order.
We examine assumptions using available information and concrete feedback. A customer conversation can change a product idea. Looking at enquiries can reveal that an offer needs a clearer explanation.
We then agree the next scope. If a smaller solution makes more sense, we discuss it. Where several capabilities are needed, we bring them together.
Build, review and decide what comes next.
A website, product flow or sales document gives you something concrete to respond to. We consider the work in context: who will use it, what should they understand and what happens next?
Where we measure an effect, we agree which signal matters for the question first. The work and its use inform the next decision.
One open question. A useful comparison.
Suppose interested visitors leave your website without taking the next step. More advertising is one option, but it does not explain why they leave. Perhaps visitors cannot tell who the offer is for. Comparing two clear ways into the offer could be more useful than rebuilding the whole site.
We work through a specific question: describe the situation, state an assumption, test a relevant change and record what happened. A click answers a different question from a suitable enquiry. If the evidence is not enough to decide, we keep that uncertainty visible.

Your questions.
Do you carry out the work yourselves?
Yes. A collaboration can combine strategy with operational delivery. We agree the contributions as part of the engagement.
What happens if you recommend a different direction?
We explain our assessment and the alternatives. Decisions and the agreed scope stay clear.
