Operating partnership
Bring in the capabilities. Keep your equity.
You have something you want to put into practice. We agree the goal, scope and budget, then bring the right specialists together. Commission the work without giving up equity in your business.
Discuss a project
A specific goal. The capabilities to work on it.
A new offer might need a website, a sales route and its first content. A digital product needs understandable flows and development. We establish which parts belong together and what we will take responsibility for.
Our specialist brands cover attention, customer acquisition, conversion, sales, app development, AI and automation. Start with the capabilities relevant to your project.
- An existing offer: build the website journey and enquiry entry, as in the Stöckl project.
- Existing expertise: structure the learning sequence and produce concrete lessons, as with Veil and Scale.
- A digital product: make a specific user journey understandable, as in the EnergieHeimat design.
Know what you are commissioning.
Before starting, we agree what should be produced, what is included and the budget. We establish the access, contacts and decisions the work requires.
Larger projects are organised into clear stages. You can review concrete work, give feedback and agree the next stage on that basis.
A partner in the work and the decisions.
We bring questions and a business perspective. If a different order makes more sense, we will discuss it. If the project needs additional capabilities, we connect those contributions.
Commissioned work is paid for under agreed terms. Equity participation in your company is a separate form of collaboration.
Compare fees and equityAsk about the handover, not just the deliverable.
A provider can show you a good-looking website. You also need to know where an enquiry goes, who answers it and what that person needs to know. Ask to see the path through to the next real action. A submitted form and a customer conversation are two different outcomes.
We make that connection part of defining the work: what we deliver, who takes it on and what falls outside the engagement. Our project pages show what was produced and the contribution we made, so you can judge what is relevant to your own venture.
- What is included, and what would need a separate commission?
- Who decides, who carries out the work and who checks the result?
- Which access, files and documentation do you receive at handover?
- How will you tell whether the next step worked?

Your questions.
Can I start small?
We can discuss a limited first scope. We clarify what needs to belong together and what is feasible within your budget before commissioning.
Do I have to replace my existing team?
No. We discuss where we can complement it and how to work with your employees or existing providers.
How long do I need to commit?
That depends on the project. A single deliverable and an ongoing collaboration require different agreements.
